Packs can "Be Prepared" by registering during the Early Registration phase, this gives families the ability to plan their summer around the Pack's Cub Summer Camp & Arrow of Light Camp dates.

What is Early Registration?
Early Registration allows Packs to reserve a weekend for the following summer camp with a $100 deposit. Reserving early helps secure a preferred 2027 camp date before Fall Recruitment begins.
At the time of registration Packs enter their estimated attendance for youth and adults, up to 20 total spots (10 youth and 10 adults). Please note that this is just an estimate, Packs will be able to increase or reduce their number during the adjustment period in February.
Payment Timeline for 2027:
June 1, 2026 - January 31, 2027: Early Registration
February 8 – 22, 2027: Adjustment Period
March 1 - April 30, 2027: Regular Registration
- Packs/Individuals who pay in full by the end of the day on April 30th will receive the Early Bird Discount.
May 1 - August 30, 2027: Full Payment is Due

Full Payment will be collected at the time of registration for all new registrations made as of May 1st.

Packs may make a registration up to the day before their camp session takes places provided that there is space available

- What if I need more than 10 youth spots, but less than the 10 adult spots?
- During the adjustment period you will be able to change the registrant type.
- For example, if you need 12 youth spots and 8 adult spots, you will be able to reserve 10 youth spots and 10 adult spots, then change 2 of the adult spots to youth during the adjustment period.
- What if I need more than 20 spots for my Pack?
- Create an additional reservation and pay an additional $100 registration deposit for 20 more spots. Customer Service will then merge your reservations, so you only need to manage one reservation.
- How do I book with tent and building spots at Kiwanis?
- You will need to create two registrations, one with the tent spots and another with the building spots. Don’t worry! Customer Service will merge your registrations before the adjustment period so you only need to manage one registration.
- What if I need to reduce my numbers?
- During the adjustment period in February, you will be able to reduce or increase your spots.
- What happens if I cancel my entire registration before or during the adjustment period?
- Canceling the entire registration will result in the loss of the $100 deposit.
- What if I need to reduce my numbers after the adjustment period?
- All reductions and cancellations after the adjustment period will result in the loss of the $25 deposit.
