Program Area Director (age requirement: 21+)
Oversees one of the following camp program areas: aquatics, shooting
sports, horse corral or climbing and high ropes. Responsible for
development and delivery of high quality program to youth ages 6 – 17.
Ensures all safety guidelines and procedures are followed. Provides
direct supervision to seasonal staff. Most positions require attendance
at week-long training (National Camp School) prior to start of the
season. Positions are generally full-time, live at camp positions,
although some operations may have part-time, weekend only opportunities
available.
Program Area Director (age requirement: 18+)

instruction or fitness. Responsible for development and delivery of
high quality program to youth ages 6 – 17. Ensures all safety
guidelines and procedures are followed. May provide direct supervision
to seasonal staff. Positions are generally full-time, live at camp
positions, although some operations may have part-time, weekend only
opportunities available.
Program Staff - Part Time (age requirement: 15+)
Run programs for youth ages 6-10. Specific responsibilities vary based
on camp and specific position. Possibilities include lifeguarding,
supervising craft projects, leading games, supervising archery/sling
shots and teaching skills. Work schedule would be only on summer
weekends form Friday evening through Sunday afternoon.
Program Staff - Full Time (age requirement 15+)
Run programs for youth ages 6-17. Specific responsibilities vary based
on camp and specific position. Possibilities include lifeguarding,
supervising craft projects, leading games, supervising archery/sling
shots and teaching skills.
Store (Trading Post) Manager (age requirement: 18+)
Responsible for managing the camp store, keeping the sales floor clean
and well stocked, maintaining accurate inventory and using the cash
register to process customer purchases. Other duties may include
restocking supplies throughout camp, assisting with check-in and
check-out. Basic computer skills required.
First Aid/Health Staff (age requirement 18+)
Responsible for responding to all first aid and medical emergencies at
camp, keeping detailed and accurate records of incidents, reviewing
participant health forms and ensuring safety for all camps and staff.
Other duties may also include teaching first aid skills and assisting
with check-in and check-out. Minimum certification - First Aide &
CPR for Professional Rescuer, some camp locations may require higher
certifications.
Maintenance and Janitorial (age requirement 18+)
Performs the following duties under the supervision of a full time
maintenance supervisor: lawn care, weed whipping, minor groundskeeping;
cleaning of restrooms, shower areas, public spaces and camper sleeping
areas, painting, equipment transport and light maintenance. Some
positions may include carpentry work as well as use of power tools and
chainsaws.
Food Service Staff (age requirement: 15+)
A team of cooks (18+), prep cooks (15+), dishwashers (15+),
packers/truck drivers (18+), dining room attendants (15+), and
custodial staff (18+) are responsible for providing daily hot meal
service to camp participants. Previous cooking experience for cook
positions is preferred but not required.
Office/Administrative Staff (age requirement: 18+)
Provides administrative support to camp leadership. Duties could
include answering phones and emails, customer service to participants,
tours, filing, data entry, accounting and document editing/creation.
Some advanced photography, marketing and accounting positions
available. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
Suite required.
